Dr koo was amazing. Im actually considering switched to him as my pcp. He looked at my background and was aware of what has been going on while I wasn't able to see a pcp because of the letter I received saying my provider zaia was no longer covered under my insurance. So I was trying to get care for this situation with another pcp but wasn't able to get in because they wanted a new patient appointment and I was sick and they wouldn't see me. I was able to switch back to zaia and be seen with out a new patient appointment and was able to see dr koo. He was aware of my health history what ive been diagnosed with and see that antibiotics havent been helping. I believe he deserves to be shown and appreciated by his bosses for being such a great doctor

I was so happy with my visit here from beginning to end. The woman who checked me in was super friendly and welcomed me to the practice (I am a new patient). Dr. Koo was extraordinarily kind, patient, listened to my concerns, and didn't cut me off. I am so happy that I switched to this practice. The lab tech was also amazing.

Dr. Koo was incredibly kind and attentive. He listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit.

He was very apologetic why he was late to see me. I want him to be more presentable to his patients as a physician by wearing proper shoes and wearing the doctor's uniform properly with his name on it. Other that, he was very nice and very approachable.
