Dr Koo is a great doctor

Great Doctor!!

I was greeted with a smile at the front desk, the receptionist there was very pleasant. The nurse came in, greeted me with a smile and was very professional and asking me questions. Dr. Koo always looks at my chart and gets all the information he needs before he walks in to talk to me. He reviewed last year's numbers versus this year's numbers. I have been with Dr. Koo for the past three years, and I am totally pleased with his professionalism. Dr. Koo was not rushed with me, and answered any question I had. I am extremely pleased to have Dr. Koo as my doctor.

Seeing Dr. Koo was an excellent experience, however trying to get an appointment with him or anyone else in his office was very long and aggravating. I spoke to 5 people and it took 5 hours before someone called and said my problem was severe enough that they could give me an appointment 8 days later.

I appreciate Dr.Koo seeing us on such short notice! It is nice to have all your visits with your PCP.
