Erverything is excellent
Good. Convenient location. Not many people waiting around, so not crowded. Doctor appointment times are pretty good. Timely response times. No real surprises with medical history or other things 'to do' with a tone of follow-up. However, I/we keep a healthy schedule at home, eating and some exercise. Need to do more exercise that is relevant to me.
Dr Koo is very attentive but I don't have too many issues and might neglect even mentioning some things.
They were very kind and wonderful.
Dr Koo made time for my preop exam when my surgery date was scheduled earlier. He adjusted his appointments to accommodate my needs.
