1. The appointment wasn't timely because I was a new patient. I can understand that. 2 He had read up on my medical history when it was transferred, but since I'm a new patient he couldn't have been as familiar with my medical history as my previous doctor of 13 years. 3 I'm impressed with him, he's very nice and I think he's going to be a great fit for our primary care.
