Dr Koo is very intelligent, easy to understand and was good at his practice. I am very happy that he will be my new primary Doctor!

Being a patient in this practice is refreshing. Call backs are made promptly, not days later as I had from a previous Advocate practice. Medication refill authorizations are made quickly, and the entire staff is very welcoming, cheerful and readily answer any questions.

I think filling out the current health questions online before the exam really sped up the process.

Dr Koo is very thorough and answered all of my questions.
