Unfortunately my reestablishing care with this provider which took many months to get an available appointment, the doctor was running very late and as I'm in a wheelchair now and I have a lot of things that I needed to discuss with my doctor about my recent mini strokes, recent fibromyalgia diagnosis and chronic fatigue diagnose and possible several mild seizers and a lot more, and because I have to rely on medical transportation to get to and from appointments and more, there definitely wasn't enough time with my doctor about this and more and I was hoping for another appointment to see my doctor sooner but my doctor said that in 3 months time for another appointment which I know that I should be seeing her again much sooner than that as I didn't have anywhere near much time with her. And yes I feel like my doctor listens to me but when it came to me seeing her again I definitely don't feel she got that right and I definitely need another appointment soon as my first appointment was cut extremely short because she was running very very late. Thank you

The complaint I have is that I had an appointment at 7am. Got automatic text message to arrive at 6:45am. I did. Clinic was closed. PSR arrived closer to 7am and doors were not opened till then. That should be corrected. I sat in my car for 20 minutes
This was a new patient visit, so it was the first time I've seen Dr. Flores. The only downside to the visit was the wait. Apparently, they were having internet problems and that was the cause for the delay.

Dr. Flores is always great! I'm very happy that I followed her to this new location.
Dr Flores is a very thorough and informed doctor. She doesn't take shortcuts and treats me with respect. Always! I wish more providers were like her. You have a gem with her!
