The whole team including the people who help sign you in were so warming and professional. I immediately knew I choose the right doctor.

I can say based on all years combined with this provider I wouldn't trust no one else, Advocate Health Care is highly recommended by me. One of the best Doctors are here, thank you for all that you do!

This provider was running about an hour late however she apologized as soon as she came in and explained that there was an issue. It was my first time seeing this provider and they were fantastic, they will be my new primary care physician and I was really happy with the visit.

It was awful. I had a 10:45 AM appointment for which I had to come fasting. I first waited for the nurse and then a long wait (-45 mins to see the doctor) and then for the nurse to give me the flu shot. And then told to wait for lab work. By this time the reception folks were leaving and I demanded that someone be available until I was called in for lab work. It was over 2 hours for a routine annual checkup (I paid for 2-4 hour parking), all while I was hungry because I had not eaten! for 14 hours!!! They have zero respect for other people's time

Everyone from the check-in to checkout was fantastic. I was worried about seeing a new Doctor, but felt extremely comfortable within minutes. The Physician Assistants are always great.

Meeting a new provider can be difficult but she made this experience less stressful and she was very knowledgeable and compassionate about my medical problems. So I know my healthcare is in great shape !

This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. I felt like she really cared.
