Excellent bedside manner

It is totally inappropriate for staff at Doctors office in reception area to ask you about any outstanding balances. Are you trying to embarrass patients?? I will not answer any questions like that

Dr. Cross was thorough and friendly. She answered all my questions.

I met with Dr. Katherine Cross and she was very courteous, attentive and knowledeable. I didn't feel rushed during our time discussing my health issues. I appreciated her suggestions and kindness!
