Just overall a very great, seamless experience.. Dr Cross is very efficient and really eased me back into having a dr again after a few years! The while staff was kind and attentive.. I will definitely return, and so happy to have found Dr Cross.

Dr. Cross could not have been more kinder and empathetic in dealing with this burly older man. Out of my own ignorance and fear I have avoided working with a primary physician for the past 7-8 years. Her attention to the details, knowledge as a physician and forthrightness was exactly what I needed. Dr.Cross was able to retrieve information from the other specialist I am working with. Reviewing all prescriptions, test and treatments. She was able to use this information in being deliberate in her diagnosis and treatment regarding my care. I could not feel any better than I do being in her care.

It was my first time with Dr Cross and I was as very impressed with her re my health concerns, and I liked her very much. I'm glad she will be my new primary care provider.

This was the first positive experience I have had with this medical group in two years. Previously was made to wait more than an hour to see my physician (who I had been with for several years). When I complained the manager acted like I was rude to complain and that an hour wait was to be expected. This visit was great. I liked Dr. Cross. She was friendly and professional. Efficient but relaxed.

Although she is a new provider for me, I like the relationship we're building,she listened, understood and met my needs .
