Excellent Service

First time visit. I had a short wait, waiting for X-ray, both the PA and doctor reviewed my history. I was happy with the results. The office staff was good. Only problem, I tried call the doctors office 3 times that morning after 9am and no one answered. Never went to voice mail. So if I did have a question I don't know where I would call.

The whole process before and after the procedure was very well prepared in the form of written information.

Overall was good ?

All was good from my initial request for an appointment. I was given an appointment that day, there was a choice of locations. I was called into the office almost as soon as I arrived, nurse was efficient, Physicians Assistant was friendly, informative, efficient and provide answer to my question of concern. I was in and out quickly - All was good!

Dr. Makda was great. Patient and explained everything.

Dr. Makda is very knowledgeable, professional and an excellent surgeon. I had my knee replaced 1 1/2 months ago and would definitely go back to Dr. Makda if surgery is ever needed on my other knee. A plus is, he has a great staff. His PA is the best.

I would give Doctor Makda an even higher number if it was on the scale. This doctor through the grace of God, has given me back a good quality of life
