Seen very quickly, taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Great experience.

I thought the doctor that saw me was great. Cannot say the same about the rest of my visit. Needed X-rays, but no technician so couldn't get them done. Sat a long time in the doctor's office waiting to find out that X-rays could not be done. Doctor apologized for the confusion and I thought his care was outstanding, but seems like this should not happen. I was also confused when the doctor wanted to see me in six weeks, I stopped at the front desk to make an appointment and they gave me a card and said I needed to call a different phone number because they couldn't schedule ortho. Why do ortho doctors work there if they cannot do any scheduling?

I wish I could have seen my x-rays & taken them with me for my records.
