Dr Makda has done 2 surgeries on me to replace hip joints. In both cases my recovery was much faster than I thought possible and fully alleviated the pain I had experienced before surgery. Thank you Dr Makda for your outstanding work on my behalf.

Dr. Makda was the third orthopedic doctor I saw for this issue. The first two doctors I consulted gave me opposing opinions so I needed help discerning the correct path of treatment. Dr. Makda explained why each of the other doctors may have arrived at their conclusions, which was helpful. He also thoroughly explained what was going on inside my knee and offered his opinion as to the best course of treatment. I really appreciated that he listened to me and my goals for returning to an active lifestyle. He was willing to take the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed during the appointment. I was very impressed with his willingness to put my anxieties at ease and describe a path of treatment that would return me to the activities I enjoy. I needed a plan and I left the visit with one!
