The appointment time should have been on time instead of an hour late on being seen by new physician. We've never experienced that before and don't want something like that to happen again without nobody telling us about the delay.

Waited 1 hour to see Dr. Brandies. I would never keep a client waiting for that long. I did wait because I believe she is an outstanding Dr. Scheduling could prepare better for a longer time than allotted for visits. Dr. Brandies was in a rush to catch up.
