Dr Brandies is the best PCP I've ever had. Things happen, I'm not used to waiting. She is always on time. But on this day.. I had to wait an hour after my appt time to see her.

i had a 30 minute wait to see her, which is unusual, once seeing her she took her time was very patient and i did not feel rushed...
