Very good experience

This was not my regular doctor. She did the best she could considering this was the first time. You need to improve your customer service in making an appointment! You never get a follow up call or email when seeking an appointment. It took 4 months for me to see this doctor! Horrible and unprofessional service reps! What good is Livewell if no one ever responds
