Dr Chan is an excellent Doctor. He has taken care of me for years. He done it so well, that now my whole family and a couple of friends go to him

This was my first visit with Dr Chan. I was impressed by his thoroughness in discussing my health issues. He went through my whole chart with me, which I appreciated.

I had a great experience and the physician was quite attentive.

I transferred to this New doctor since my other provider was retiring. I didn't really get a full exam or work up. I don't tk he really Looked at my File. He did explain my Questions and directed me To follow up with the two other specialist. I just was hoping for More engagement

It was our first visit with the Dr. and we were happy with the visit

It took me 4 days of calling and leaving messages to finally schedule an appointment. I realize I needed a pre-op appointment in a short amount of time, but the messages I left seemed to go unrecognized. I was happy to see someone other than my regular PCP, which is what I agreed to the first time I called.

The staff always are friendly and courteous! They always get back to me in a timely manner if I have any questions or concerns via the phone or if I sent them through the patient portal!
