I would like to know what a wellness visit(physical) is supposed to consist of?
Dr. Chan is always friendly and upbeat, always seems to be in a great mood. He's very knowledgeable, knows my medical history, answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed or confused. I'm always happy to see Dr. Chan.

Dr. Chan was knowledgeable and understanding when I went for my appointment, however he is not my primary doctor and was the earliest appointment I could get which still took 3 weeks, even though I had completely open availability. My primary doctor was not available for 3 more months. Clearly there is a staffing issue and I think it is absolutely ridiculous that anyone should have to wait 3 months to see their doctor
My visit didn't take long even though I was able to see my doctor and have labs done. Very pleasant staff and very pleasant experience. Also nice that I'm able to have other necessary services done in the same building. Have already recommended Advocate to friends and family.
