The annual physical visit with Dr Paukner went very well. The prep visit for the blood test and urine sample did not go well at the Pleasant Prairie location. The tech rep was very slow and not customer friendly. Slow process the previous visit last year as well. Arrived at 6:55 AM for 7:00 AM appointment, first on the queue, waited 30 minutes before called upon. Suggest having the staff arrive 20 minutes before the first appointment and ramp up the equipment. 7 AM means 7 AM for those with a tight schedule. Dr Paukner is the best at this, the Pleasant Prairie Office is the worst on this front. Hope this helps.
