Dr. Paukner and his staff are the best. I could see another doctor closer to my home or work, but I prefer to travel the 35min. I appreciate the following up after visits and the interactivity with the Livwell app. His notes on bloodwork and test results gives me a better understanding of my condition. I plan to keep Dr Paukner as my primary care physician until he decides to retire.
The wait time for staff was long. Then I was told the couldn't do what was expected. Very frustrating. Now I have 2 other appointments to finish up what should have been done at the previous appointment.
Dr Paukner is so pleasant and easy to talk to.
The nurses are very respectful and helpful always smiling engaging in conversation
