Dr. Paukner is the most through patien doctor we have ever had. What a shame to lose him.
Dr. Paukner has provided and guided professional medical service to my family for over 30 years. We have navigated thru several health problems successfully because of his care and expertise. We have received nothing but the best from him and the staff that supports his clients. If he should retire, my thanks and hopes for him that his own health and happiness is equal to if not greater than he has provided us; he has earned by any measure. My advice and request of Aurora and it's affiliated partners is to use his methods and procedures as a model to be duplicated.
I have been going to the same doctor's office for 20 plus years, first time ever I thought I checked in, waited 45 minutes, that's never happened, I went up to the office clerk, she played on the computer, a little confused and I think she never checked me in when I arrived. mistakes happen I understand that but no apology for waiting!
He took time to explain the answers to my concerns and questions. He's a great doctor and will be missed.
