Great Dr. and staff!
Although I understand that Dr. Pond was tired because he was on call all weekend, I was not really getting his full attention because he yawned several times during our 15 minutes together. I kind of felt he didn't really care.
Great doctor !! He was upfront of what was going on in the my back, which no other doctor told me. Also what to avoid doing and pill that would help with pain. A very good doctor
I now know why everyone loves Dr. Pond. He started our conversation by saying "were your ears ringing yesterday? My team and I were talking about your care plan." He is prepared, extremely knowledgeable but easy to talk with and easy to understand. Great first impression!
Dr. Pond and his staff are the best. I am extremely pleased with my results after having back surgery as well as the follow up appointments. Dr. Pond and Staff, Great Job!!
We found the registration process very "impersonal" and quite involved. Telling patients to clip on a monitor and giving them a card with a room number and to go find it on our own is a very poor idea of customer service. You spend millions of $$ on a new building and want to cut costs of not having a nurse come and welcome patients is pitiful. And, now a nurse asks me for my weight and height? Is it that inefficient in your operation to have a nurse spend 60 seconds at most to check the weight and height themselves? Aurora should send some of its brass and go to Froedtert and learn what customer service is supposed to look like.
Dr. Pond has been the most professional and knowledgeable doctor I have ever come in contact with at the clinic. I usually will not seek medical attention due to the fact the doctors usually do not treat the injury or illness. Dr. Pond k ew exactly what was wrong and treated it along with instructions on how to prevent this in the future and I am already feeling better.
