I had never been to this facility or this provider. My only concern was the distance walking from the parking lot, to the facility and to the exam room. I could of used a nap by then! I was in not pain presently, but I am not sure how I would have gotten there otherwise!

Things were done in a timely short period of time. All my questions were answered. I will be given a MRI soon when someone will call me from your office staff.

Their wait time is terrible, and honestly if you don't have a ball past estimate, over shoot a number. People won't be as mad as not getting an estimate and will be happy when it's not as long as you told them. But you have to give them SOMETHING to go off of.
