Dr. Pond was not in a hurry. He listened and asked questions. He did not have a definitive answer but came up with the best plan to figure out what is going on. He was professional yet personable and I felt very comfortable with how the appointment went.

Dr Pond was very down to earth in his explanation re: my back pain. He provided me with information re: treatments. An excellent doctor as well as a caring person.
