Dr. Bonchak is great, he's friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains what and why he is suggesting that something should be done. He insures that it is completely understood. As long as he's with Aurora he will be my choice as a doctor.

Front office staff seemed less than professional. In Adidis tee shirt, lacked engagement, and did not offer me the after visit summary the provider said i needed with further instructions - I had to ask for it to be printed. Provider was exceptional!

I would not expect Dr Bonchak to discuss other issues re: preventive etc. He is always very Professional, friendly and caring about my concerns. I was referred to Dr.Bonchak by a family member and am grateful. Dr. Bonchak also has a great group of assistants working with him. Thank you!
