The most important thing is that I did not have to wait long in the waiting room...I was seen at my appointment time!

All care giver's were attentive and compassionate and comforting ?

I thought the desk receptionists could have been more welcoming..,even a smile would have been nice.

I have been seeing Dr. Bonchak annually to assess and treat my pre-cancerous sun-damaged skin. He and his staff have been wonderful, and I believe they have given me excellent health care service. This experience, like my previous ones, has been effective, efficient, and very pleasant.

Dr B and his nurse were both wonderful and I felt very well taken care of.

Dr. Bonchak is a wonderful doctor. I have recommended him multiple times to my family and friends.

I was very happy with the care I received from Dr. Bonchak. He explained things very well and I felt I was in good hands. I do have to say, however, that I have not been pleased with one of the women who works at the reception desk. She sits closest to the door leading into the exam rooms and is the one I have to see when I leave to schedule follow up appointments. She is not at all friendly and always acts as if it's a burden to even speak to me. In addition, she does not provide me with any paperwork that Dr. Bonchak tells me I will receive when I check in with her so I have to ask her for it and she acts as if I've inconvenienced her for asking. I very rarely fill out surveys for things because of the time it often takes to complete them but I am taking the time to complete this one because I feel Aurora should know about her behavior. I've been to the clinic three times and her behavior has been the same each time. I unfortunately don't know her name but she is younger and she always sits in the far right seat as you walk in, facing the doors that lead into the exam rooms. All of the other people at the reception desk have been very pleasant but she seems to have an attitude and probably shouldn't be working in a care facility.

Dr. Bonchak is such an amazing doctor. He understands my unique situation and always comes to my appointment with solutions. I feel he cares for me and wants to see a very positive outcome for me. He is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him to all of my family and friends who need an outstanding dermatologist.
