Why do I have to Pre Check in before any appointment. They ask the same questions when I check in. This happens at any office with Aurora. To me it is a waste of my time, when they ask the same questions.

There was a problem with some equipment, but the staff took care of it in a quick manner, and I got my procedure done without more delay. Great follow up on my condition after procedure.

Dr. John has helped me alot and is knowledgeable and friendly.

This was a yearly check so did not talk to anyone in the past 6 months since I'm blessed to be doing well and staying active. And no UTI s in the last year and 6months.

First time visit, so he didn't get much past information. My previous doctor is far away, not sure if can get that infro electronically. I will look into it.
