Try to see patients within 5-10 minutes of their appointment time. Otherwise, I am left with the impression that my Doc has not reviewed my records/chats and not in the position to provide me with a wholesome diagnosis and recommendations going forward.

Dr. John was very explanitory in providing info for my care and took extra interest understanding the whole of my of my care with other Aurora providers. I appreciated that extra interest. Thank you.

I was glad to see a doctor that talked plainly to the patient

The most concerning issue was I have 5 nurses including the doctor coming . Anytime anyone would come into the room it was new person. Then my prescription was never filled probably because there were too many hands in the pot. And some of the nurses that came in were rude and didn't seem to enjoy being there.
