Provider was 45 minutes late and very rude to his nurse and other staff. He was very fast and seemed to not want to be there for my visit.
The waiting time was too long, more than one hour after checked in at front desk. It took almost 2 hrs total just to visit/talk with Dr. for less than 15 minutes.
