Jessica Gonzales is a very personable yet professional provider who takes the time to to listen and answer questions. She's genuinely interested in my health and my issues and concerns. She's genuinely is the best!

My experience was Great!!! I have been a patient of this group for years and in the past when I would leave my visit I would leave with anxiety and sometimes in tears because I did not feel heard. Kudos to Dr Gonzales I appreciate being heard and having my all of my concerns addressed. I see some changes have been made Thank You for making me feel valued and not just a number.

The provider was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained things very clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable because she created a positive and trusting environment and so did her assistant.

I love coming to this provider I feel like she listens to my concerns. But overall, Advocate as a health institution needs to start prioritizing quality over quantity. This provider seen me 45 minutes late because of all the patients she had. Advocate needs to stop cramming as many patients as they can into providers schedules to allow for each patient to be seen in a timely manner and to get adequate appointment time with their provider. Advocate needs to do better.
