Jessica is wonderful. She is patient, empathetic and clinically very strong. I am always satisfied with her care. Waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to even be called back by the cma. Didn't see provider for about a full hour past my appointment time. It makes more sense to schedule accordingly instead of every 15 minutes. My time is valuable too. It's frustrating. I left work an hour early without pay to be on time for advocate. It would be appreciated if you ran on time

First time seeing this provider and I was impressed

Just a little disappointed that my pre surgery physical was not provided to my ambulatory surgery facility in a timely manner. The facility had to call multiple times to have the information faxed on the day of my surgery. It was late enough that I almost had to reschedule because my doctor and anesthesiologist would not proceed without it. Overall I have no complaints about service and always receive the best care. I will also continue using Advocate because the information was received in time to avert any great inconvenience. I just wanted to make you aware to improve your otherwise exemplary service.
