This was my first visit to Dr. Lo. I found her to be very down to earth. She made the experience a very pleasant and informative one. My wife is also seeing Dr. Lo and recommended her to me. As usual, my wife was right. She is the best. I've had many different family practice physicians over the last 50 years and, in my opinion, Dr. Lo is at the top of the list. I'm thankful that she took me on as a patient.

It was the most "on time" dr visit I've ever had. I visited Dr Lo as an alternative because my own dr was unavailable - Dr Lo was gracious to see me on short notice and take care of my issue.

It is surprising to me the patient no longer gets undressed for a physical. Breast exam was standard practice for a yearly physical, but that is no longer the case. Also, given my family history and medication that I take, Dr. Lo doesn't run standard labs that my previous family practice doctor did such as TSH, kidney function etc. The last 2 yearly physicals just didn't seem as complete. She is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have.

Cleaning of the ear didn't go so well Had to take care of it on my own. I had better luck with the bees wax, no pain this way. And l did have results. Guess l have touchy ears.?

I waited 30 min for the doc to appear. I was referred to a urologist so the GP would have better info on my problem.

Dr Lo is one of the best Doctors I have, she is very compassionate and listens to her patients very well, I absolutely adore Dr Lo!!
