doctor Lo is one of the best providers i have seen

Didn't realize kiosk at front entrance was a new thing. Did sign in and complete all screens. Kiosk was way too large and the glare on the screen was very difficult for me to see what I was entering. Easy to use if you had used one previously. Kiosk maybe could be moved slightly depending on light/sun coming in to front entrance doors.

Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. My questions were answered patiently. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this office, Dr. Lo and her staff.

Doctor Lo is one of the best doctors I have seen in some 30 years. She listens, recommends solutions to solve problems, and is very approachable. She's the kind of doctor I can confide in and trust.
