From the person who took my initial call about my severe back pain, to the nurse who fit me in for an appointment the next day, to the medical assistant who checked me in, and finally to my office visit with Dr. Lo - I received prompt, professional, personable care. All my concerns were discussed thoroughly, and a plan of care that I had confidence in was put in place. I left feeling well cared for.
