Dr Lo is always attentive to my medical health needs and there to explain and talk through my healthcare plan/needs

She is wonderful but disappointed in the system - this was a follow up appt set in advance. But when there is an acute problem, we can't see her. "Go to urgent care or ER"... frustrating. I like being able to see primary for more than just physicals/follow up appts.

This was my first visit with this doctor ( I haven't seen a doctor in 15 years) she was Wonderful!! I was nervous and she was kind and patient as was the medical assistant, the nurse and the receptionist.

Dr Lo and her team are wonderful and knowledgeable. I know I'm in good hands.
