This was a first l visit. Provider didn't answer all my questions. She was very nice but I think my health issues may be more than she wants to deal with. I chose her bc she has a high rating- I wasn't impressed, but will give her a chance for a while. I have to switch to Aurora for per my insurance company.
Dr. Lo and her staff continue to provide me with the very best care possible. I have been doctoring with Dr Lo for at least 10 years and I cannot imagine ever doctoring with anyone else. The level of care, concern, professionalism, and kindness exceeds my expectations. Dr Lo and her staff are five star all the way.
