This was my first visit with this doctor. I was extremely impressed with how she handled what I needed.

She is a awesome physician and she definitely cares about her patients

Dr. Macgaffey is the most thorough provider I have ever had. She is a true professional. 1)She listens to my concerns 2)Works to resolve them or refer me to a specialist who can. 3)Educates on every visit. She always explains the whys of the issues. 4)And she follows up. If she says "I will call," she keeps her promises. She has been my provider for over 15 plus years and I truly believe she is the best Internal Medicine Physician that Aurora has!

Dr. MacGaffey is the best primary care medical physician I've ever had the pleasure to be a patient of and to work with. She asks pertinent questions, listens to me and answers my questions, explains the "what and why" reasons she recommends the treatment we choose to follow, and is so up to date with keeping me informed of the latest vaccinations, diet recommendations, therapy needs, etc. I've been blessed to have been able to be a patient under her care. Dr. MacGaffey is a partner with me when it comes to my overall health. She listens to me and answers all my questions. She makes it very clear that if I have any concerns I should reach out to send her a message through the live well system. She is a wonderful, smart and caring doctor.
