I was absolutely amazed at how thorough this visit was. It was my first time with this doctor in an effort to find a new primary care provider. Dr. MacGaffey had spent the time to familiarize herself with my history before I ever saw her, and then she spent an impressive amount of time going over everything, such as reviewing my history, explaining my options on medications, going over my prior test results, and educating me on type 2 diabetes which I had just been diagnosed with a few months ago. I have never been so satisfied or impressed with a doctor visit. There was no sense of rushing, being treated generically, or not listened to, etc.

This appointment was a new patient visit. My doctor was very knowledgeable and shared my tests results from my last blood draw. She had to review my chart before my appointment as she was familer with my diagnosis and the drugs I was taking. I didn't feel rushed and was amazed at all the information she gave me. What more amazing was she had all the actions I need to take was all stapled together with my drug list, my med list, discharge actions needed, visit summary and more. My visit was such a successful experience I will recommend her to my friends and family.

I always get good advice from Dr. Macgaffey. She is a wonderful person.

The staff was professional and treated me with respect. Dr. Macgaffey is always great all of my experience with her was excellent. She took the time to squeeze me in and listen to what I was experiencing. She didn't rushed and didn't order any unnecessary test. We need more doctors like Dr. Macgaffey
