My appointment was for 10:30. When I arrived 20:00 minutes early, I was told my appointment was changed to 10:45. No one called me. I know Dr appointments always run a bit late. So after getting there early as recommended. I waited one hour. Not the Dr fault, probably the ft.desk. Am I being unreasonable?

Dr MacGaffey always insures I completely understand what is discussed and her recommendations. I've always felt she looks at "the entire me" and not simply my symptoms and health issues.

The only thing I didn't like was waiting so long the waiting room because they took three children and their parents before me. I can understand that but I am so sick with Covid and so uncomfortable. I hated waiting.

I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, and then waited in the examination room another 45 minutes. The entire visit took over 2 hours because of being asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. My doctor was not written on the board for doctors running behind. I even questioned it because Dr Macgaffey is ALWAYS behind. The doctor is fine, but the wait time was horrific!!!

I wish previous appointment had been canceled when provider not available. Today was seen early and satisfactory. Dr Macgaffey is caring and current.

Dr. Macgaffey is an amazing Doctor. Her level of knowledge and intensity to get it right is lacking in most other areas of the medical profession. She is a diamond in the rough.
