Janelle is the most caring and wonderful provider I have ever seen.

I also got to see a student who was becoming a nurse practitioner. She saw me first and I was so impressed with her knowledge about what was going on with my symptoms then not only did my doctor come in and explain further I was really satisfied felt good when I left.

She listened and was very thorough.

Janelle is one of the best primary caregivers in the system. She is personable, covers everything. She was the person responsible for finding an issue with my heart by not being satisfied with an EKG reading, did further testing ending with the TAVR procedure. Aurora is lucky to have her part of the team.

Janelle takes the time to listen to my health concerns. I feel comfortable to tell her wants going on. She's thorough & caring.
