I felt really cared for by Janelle and enjoyed speaking with her. I felt heard and understood. It was a great experience!
I didn't feel the provider gave me the comfort level of in person visit.
Janelle is like an angel to me, she is so patient and kind, she has been through a lot with me. She always goes out of her way to help me with all my problems and questions

When going in for a check up. I wish the np or doctor would spend a little time asking a little more questions and checking the person more throughly. Even if it's a 6 month check for medication.
Most of the questions did not apply to this visit. I know Janelle will be changing her position with Aurora and I am going to miss her caring and expertise. She was an RN years ago, during the time my husband was ill. I was thrilled she became a NP. I wish her more success. She's an asset to Aurora.
