My recent visit with Janelle was really reassuring and she was able to help me figure out my next steps.

I will never set foot in another aurora clinic if I can at all help it. This place is awful. I didn't want to return after my first visit, but did anyway to try to get help and my initial thoughts about the place were confirmed. I've never had a care provider dismiss agonizing pain in a patient and then more or less tell me to deal with it and help doing what I'm already doing, which obviously wasn't helping, hence the trip to the office. Not even sure why I'm trying to explain, not like anyone will care or anything will change. Truly unfortunate.

I am thankful for Janelle as my Dr. I feel as though she is genuinely compassionate and concerned about me and my welfare. She is very thorough and takes the time to address any and all concerns I may have. She is a good provider to be sure!

I was trying to set up a primary provider, and she said she couldn't refill 3 of my prescriptions. She said I would have to have my past Dr fill the prescriptions. They can't refill them because I moved and am no longer seeing my past doctors, so who will order my prescriptions when I need them refilled.
Very professional yet friendly seen in a timely manner answered all my questions .
