Dr Chao listened to me and explained further treatment options

I thought Dr chao was kind, understanding. I liked her a lot.

Dr Chao was late to see me as something has come.. I did not ask why?

I'm still suffering severe pain. My urine test continue blood and protein results and I am told All is okay. I don't feel like it is okay. I've learned to adapt with incontinent bladder. Yet the daily severe physical pain has affected my daily routine and mental health added depression.

Dr. Chao was so kind, patient and explained everything so well. She is so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. I am very happy that I was able to see her!

I am happy she is back. I trust her.

This was my first visit with Dr. Chao. I REALLY liked her .. right from when she walked in the door. I was nervous for my appointment but relaxed right away. She totally explained everything I was dealing with and explained things in a very caring way. I have a followup appointment for treatment and totally feel good about it.
