Dr. Chao was very informative and kind. Easy to listen to and she listened to me. She is definitely an asset to Aurora Clinic!
I did have to wait quite a while, but my understanding was that she was in surgery at another location and couldn't get away as soon as she thought. She did explain this to me.

Jamie Chao is a wonderful doctor. She took the time to listen to my needs and did multiple tests. She's going to talk to my doctor and follow up with me. She explained things so I could understand. Very nice welcoming demeanor and very helpful. I can't recommend her enough!
Dr Jamie Chao exceeded any expectations I have had in a physician, which I am sure we're high to begin with. She spent the time to explain things, show me diagrams to have a better understanding, did an extensive exam and thorough assessment to truly understand what my biggest concerns were. She seemed to understand my needs and wants, even anticipated them before asking. I was truly impressed!
The medical assistant who took my vitals was awesome! She was very upbeat and knew how to pronounce each of my prescription drugs, as well as what they were for. As she was taking my blood pressure, she told me to relax, take a deep breath in and out, and she was very animated while she did this, which I really enjoyed! Dr. Chao is a great doctor. She remembers me from year to year, even though I don't see her that much. She knows my medical history and is very thorough. I was very pleased as I left the clinic.
She's a really good doctor and she tells it like it is and she works with you however whatever problem you have she tries to help you with it I really like her
