The doctor and the staff are always nice and helpful to me when I call them !

Procedure took a bit longer than expected. This time I also had some discomfort for two days.

Very pleasant, quick and upbeat doctor. Glad I chose her! Would highly recommend her!

Dr. Chao was very interesting and provided quite a few options for me and my husband to consider. I will try a medication I had in the past at a higher dose. I have also signed up for PT. If these aren't as effective as I would like I will try the botox injections sometime next year. My husband and I were very pleased with Dr. Chao and I definitely would recommend her to others.

Dr. Chao is professional but also very personable. She is easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable during the exam.
