It was a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office was helpful and professional. Dr Jamie Chao did a very thorough exam, informed me of the results, discussed my options in a manner I could understand and took the time to answer all of my many questions. She took great care of me.

She has a caring and helpful staff.

I had to use the rest room before I had the exam and they forgot to remove someones urine before I could use the toilet. That should not have been a problem. Also, the examining table foot rest was not pulled all the way out for me to get on the table easily.

The office treats me very well, listening to my health complaints and concerns and seems genuinely eager to help alleviate these issues.

I have much confidence in Dr. Chao. She is very professional, thorough and compassionate.
