I didn't see the Dr. Chao I saw the nurse. I see the nurses once a moth for a treatment for my bladder.

Dr. Chao spent a lot of time just discussing the issue I have. There was not a lot of talk about general health maintenance, since I am a retired nurse and not in need of all of that. More important to me was the problem at hand, and she was thorough and kind. She is an exceptional doctor.

Dr Chao is very knowledgeable and explained my condition and treatment options very thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. She explained every step of my exam and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my needs and concerns. Excellent physician!
