Dr. Chao was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain all my treatment options. She was also thorough with showing diagrams and giving me handout information. She answered all my questions since I came prepared with them. My only issue is as a new patient, there is an immensely long wait to be seen. I was lucky there was a cancellation. Wait times are 5 months and that is at West Allis location as well. Obviously more urogynecologists are needed. Also, sharing a space with allergy dept. leaves limits on days the rooms can be used. While plastics is on other hallway, you need more space for specialists.

Dr. Chao was very friendly, listened to everything I had to say, made recommendations and was very knowledgeable.

I would Recommend Dr Jamie Chao to anyone who is having female issues. She took her time and explained everything to me. And gavee options going forward. Truly knowledged Doctor and overall nice person
