I was only there regarding have tests done. Mr Jamey was very polite and understanding how I felt doing the tests. He made me feel very comfortable doing the tests.

It was not easy getting an appt. I've been getting pulmonary care with Aurora GB for at least 4 years. I was interviewed for symptoms, told to go to immediate care. I am having a flare up of a disease I've had for years. Finally they agreed to get a referral from my reg DR. Not sure why a referral was needed. They called to set up an appt. Asked for the first appt avail which we could have done without all the drama and delay. Very disappointed in this new procedure to get an appointment.
