I usually don't have any issues with my visits. It is the phone calls I get about paying the bills. We always make the effort to try and pay what we can. The issue I have is apparently that sum that we pay isn't enough for some of the Doctors that have privileges in your network. Especially the Daycare Doctors!

Timing is very important. Having to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time was excessive. A few minutes is OK, but this is extreme

Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions

Medical history was not well studied before meeting. Asked past health questions that was readily available in my chart.
