The lack of empathy and concern Dr. Napier has is astonishing. I was recently in a car accident that has caused some issues. I had a follow up with him so I came in with a list of symptoms/issues I wanted to discuss. Not only did I not get to discuss them, I was interrupted the entire appointment. I would try to elaborate on my symptoms but he would talk over me and cut me off. He had no interest in my symptoms and made me feel like an inconvenience. He also was very late for my appointment. I will never recommend Dr. Napier. I will advise family and friends to seek a different doctor if it comes up. As a patient, I am putting all my trust in a doctor to help me heal and feel better after a traumatic event. He could care less about my well being and my journey to recovery.
Dr. was amazing. Explained everything in a way I could understand. His intern was also amazing. Would recommend him to everyone.
After having an extremely terrible experience with two referrals getting ignored and/or the provider cancelling on me due to stupid reasons and the various delays it took... I was so relieved to finally have an appointment after two long months of waiting in pain. Dr. Napier listened to my complaints and is investigating the sources. I am very happy with my decision to fight for my appointment to stay with him!
